A couple of years ago my daughter and I started going through the trial of our lives. I prayed and prayed and prayed, begged and prayed, and then one time I was scrolling down on Facebook and came across this post: God doesnt always remove your mountain, sometimes he wants you to climb it. Also I was praying in my living room at that time and I was telling my daughter that we need to keep praising God in our trials. Right when I said that I felt God. I have been in church almost 40 years but never prayed like I do now. Thank you Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I grew up in the church. Lost faith when my cousin died and the church would not even try to ask God to bring him back. They speak of miracles, I had faith, but I stood alone
I sit here broken in many different ways…. Church planter… Pastor! Seeing breakthroughs at the church, while my entire life falls to pieces. My back goes out, now, I’ve got something else going on the doctors have a catheter on me. My wife was in a wreck and totaled out her car, and I could go on and on, the mountain won’t move! But I can climb it… Because he lives, I can face tomorrow! This message was for me… Don’t quit Pastor …start climbing
Sorry to hear that. These guys have so much truth yet they've got another gospel. Free grace is the only true gospel. Acts 2: 38 is for service not salvation. Salvation is absolutely free and not conditional upon service to God. Acts 16: 31, "And brought them out and said, sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved." Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of eternal life to all who trust Him alone for salvation. Yes, that's everlasting life, not to be confused with temporary or probationary life dependant upon your performance. Jesus paid for all the sins of all the world at the cross (past, present, and future). *That payment is put to your account when you have believed on Christ (alone) for salvation.* *This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.*
@@ernestomaldonado5057 Mark 16: 16," He who believes and is baptised shall be saved..he who believes not is condemned already because he hath not believed on the only begotten Son of God." Many people believe that Jesus is necessary but not sufficient. They treat Jesus as a supplement to their righteousness. No!!! He is our righteousness period. Holy Spirit baptism saves you. When you have believed on Christ alone for salvation then you are immediately baptised by the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 1:13.
