I think it was confirmed that durple had elastic skin then he stretched his jaw out too far, locking it. So thats why he stretches out his jaw so far down when he makes its sound.
Why Simon is the main character is because that he actually hits every note of Mr fun computer. Grey is a coyote. Grey is the main character in horror mode because he barely change and he is the one that wants to fix everything! Wenda is the one who kill everyone. Black did this to wenda but black never killed. He let wenda to do all his dirty work.
Sprunki is basically a incredibox mod which at first glance you will think it's normal but no there's a mysterious black hat which when you click on it turns in a horror game

Explaination for why Simon bit brud: Simon was just a happy lil guy untill after the corruption he went through a deep state of hunger and bit brud to relieve his hunger but wasn't enough and stayed in his state of hunger and his mouth was left open wide still looking for something to relieve himself. hope that helps
I feel like the reason the black top icon turns the game into the horror version is because the black top head guy (sprunki character who would be there if it wasn’t horror I think)is the torturer of Wenda(who murdered everyone)and made Simon do cannibalism(eat people) and stretched his mouth long enough to eat other sprunki character and plucked his eyes out Edit: Oh and he made wenda shoot tunner
