California's insurance crisis: What to know

Due to the California wildfires, some insurance companies are hiking rates, refusing to write new home policies, and in some cases dropping customers. California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara said new regulations could be coming to help, but some consumer groups say it won't help.
