Great ideas for board game accessories. I think the beginner dice are great. Instead of the bowls for the board game material, I build my own board game inserts. This allows you to take out materials such as tokens or cards directly during the game. This has already proven itself many times over.
Great idea! I've tried this before but when I have done it , it has been necessary to shelve my games on their backs and I don't prefer that method of storage, but your solution is ideal for a quicker setup
@@WhachachasTabletopWorld I also know the problem of not being able to store the game upright on the shelf. That's why the inserts are planned so that they are flush with the game boards and nothing gets mixed up. I also store many games vertically.
Great video! Got a few ideas that I want to get for my gaming. Just starting out in solo gaming and hope to play more with others. Thanks for the video!
Yes, fantasy flight ga,ing tokens, the shop is now asmodee controlled so I had some trouble, but I did find some on this page, from noble knight games www.nobleknight.com/Products/Fantasy-Flight-Supply---Gaming-Counters-and-Tokens
It is a great resource, I have little luck with printers, and I don't prefer the lines I often see in stuff that is 3d printed but it is hard to argue with your point. If you get enough practice with it to get good results it can be hard to find a better tool. It is the future, between nasa printing space parts to new knees or joints, pretty awesome stuff
Spray-painting your pieces!?!?!?! Sounds crazy! You'll have to share some examples because to me that sounds horrifying! Everything else though I found I agree with, great list!
It isn't as crazy as it sounds, picture one game in your mind, pull out one player colors pieces and hit it with some paint. Take you 5 minutes, plus drying time! Thanks for watching!
Any game you go for goals, especially coops, you can mark which ones you want to go for instead of reading them each time, like endangered Any card you turn sideways to exhaust you can put a cube on to save table space Maps are a big one, marking locations you want to remember, or picture games like macro Marco I use them al,ways I find in most games I want to remember something or I don't want to keep reading cards over looking for the right one Anytime I want to cut down the bandwidth and want to easily refer to things I wanted to remember After getting them I was amazed how often they came in handy, of course I do a lot of solo gaming so maybe that colors my thinking
is the beautiful movie poster in the background with a ballerina from the movie black swan? it would be my guess but it wasn't like that. Thank you for the video e for the reply if you feel like.

That's my main way of playing too! Welcome to the hobby! Good luck!
The flat marbles chips I think you said they were from fantasy flight?

@@WhachachasTabletopWorld thanks for digging into it despite the trouble !
A 3D printer is the ultimate board game accessory. I print box inserts, upgrade pieces, custom dice, component bowls, dice towers, etc......

Oh, and thanks for commenting

Lots of great ideas, thanks. One thing I’m confused about is what to use the metal cubes for. Some examples?

You are correct, one of my favorite movies from one of my favorite directors, Black Swan!
The "starting player dice" is great...but finding them not so easy.

This is the one I used. The other I can't remember the place
About dice towers: transparent ones solve the problem of everybody seeing the result!
That is true, but I think I'm still sold on trays over towers despite that satisfying sound!
