Congo have an obligation to protect all her citizens regardless of their ethnicities. If congo makes it a policy to systematically marginalise and discriminate against Congolese Tutsis and other eastern congolese tribes then the existential threat against the oppressed communities should be fought against and defeated. All congolese need to be treated as such and not treating some as second class citizens simply because they speak Kinyarwanda.
