Theres a 3d printed ultra magnus mp10 armour upgrade kit out now. Fully articulated and tranaformable into trailer mode. It accurately portrays ultra magnus and looks great.

the lines are just the nature of 3d printing as you say. If you use a hot knife blade of another hot flat edge you can smooth that shiznit out :)

I like Hot Rod's height the way it is. A chest fix is what would interest me.

i own a 3d printer! the way that it works is it builds everything layer by layer so it gets that line effect.

Depending on what material was used, you can use an acetone fume "bath" to smooth out those lines.

With 3D printed parts, you have to do some major sanding starting at 40 grit sandpaper and ending with 600ish grit to get a smooth effect. its a pain, but the results are worth it.

It does look better. a shammy leather should smooth that out nicely.

The pieces needs a polish. Not into customizing my MP's personally, but this is great for those who do, I guess.

I think there is an upgrade that fixes the chest & back kibble, but it isn't out yet. It's either an upgrade kit or a KO, haven't heard much about it in a while though

I liked it. jolly good show. I honestly have no idea how to make the outside smooth so seeing this I'm glad I'm not the only one. if print formers reads this comment this is to you, are you using pet-g or abs? have you used both and which one do you find more durable over a long period of time?

Of all the myriad of problems this guy has that's the least of them. Can't fault the kit tho, does exactly what it says. Still hoping FTs comes good.

Bobby this question is for you. you can answer here or on a show, whichever is easiest..... while watching your fanstoys spotter review and your dx9 mightron review for my research purposes, why are the arm tabs ok on spotter and not on mightron? just a curiosity question, not meant in a trolling tone.

That makes him look worse. Out of all his proportion problems, I don't think his legs are an issue.

0:49 vs 4:39 ... I see no difference in their height. maybe because they weren't standing the same way the second time, but it looks like it didn't aesthetically shift the height at all.
