Nice looking building and for sure very very very expensive. Those huge windows are not cheap if done properly.. Btw i would suggest (even it is late now) if they used rockwool or such insulation but not till top then maybe even cheaper polystirene insulation could be used together with that rockwool insulation ..just to fill out all cavities in top area..

I recently watched a video of a builder who talked about leakage. I have accumulated information to use and I would like to know with the house in the video is there a problem with leakage and what would prevent the structure from collapsing in areas or states where the wind speeds can be very strong. I would also like to know about the roof, in many states the amount of snow accumulated on the roof, the weight is tremendous as well in the states that are hurricane prone the wind speeds can be of tremendous force, please comment. Thank You..I want to be physically involved in constructing a home for myself, and there are places I want to spend a few weeks, and a pre-fab structure may be more conducive as opposed to actually building the entire house

the concrete slab has to be perfectly level for the panels to come together without any panel alignment issues. The rubber seals can perish over time, hence the sealant to make sure its watertight.
USA- $10,000 HOUSE ON AMAZON BEFORE TAXES, $10,000+ crane rental....$ to pay people for electric and plumbing and a well or city water hookup.... Land taxes blah blah blah.... Still cheaper than buying or building a big house.
Good luck getting any city planning office in California to approve your build for permitting. They’ll claim non of this structure or framing is to code and it is, they’ll say it’s not in line with the city scape and like housing aesthetic

Except a) it was assembled in one day, not built in one day, and b) that's only the exterior, the interior has yet to be done. And they don't tell us how long it actually took to plan and build all those parts they're assembling. Or to pour the foundation.
