Judge slams YSL prosecution for 'haphazard way' it's presenting trial; court continues Tuesday

The YSL RICO trial resumed Tuesday after another threat of a mistrial, and it is evident that Judge Paige Reese Whitaker is fed up.

How many times then can the prosecution do this without a retrial?! It’s gross the way Love does things and doesn’t make sense for her to go through line by line of a damn transcript. It’s ridiculous and not once not even a tiny piece of evidence has been shown or found for RICO. It’s crazy.

As the judge said Monday, this case cannot be retried in the event of a mistrial. In other words, the show WILL go on.
