It's great Malaysia is forward thinking and wants to progress with so many large infrastructure projects. We are also very interested in the Sarawak and Sabah projects. We are also looking forward to the progress on the new LTR in Penang - this should reduce the high levels of traffic.

Before you suggest something, you can search for the blueprint on what's the plan or future plan on the projects. There's too many project going on simultaneously in Penang, be it cable car, water taxi, lrt, etc. If none of the project delay then everything will be available by 2030 as aligned with the penang2030 vision.
Penang has highlands. This factor alone makes Singapore forever unmatched. Penang just needs time to fill up the gaps in the cityscapes with more premium looking buildings and of course TREES !!!

Opera house alike art gallery and convention centre are constructing at the other waterfront of Penang.
