That said: Although the RN8 seems to be a descent phone and even a great value for money, I still think the RN7 is the better offer. I use to own some phones with Mediatek in the past and some way or the other these chips all had some kind of flaw. So, save some money and buy yourself the RN7.
You have no idea how much time, effort and money a software development of a camera takes,it will ultimately increase the cost of phone with a spike you couldn't possibly comprehend!
It's crazy how I got used to the background music of other tech enthusiast,but here I still enjoyed it without it or should I say almost without it!The video was informative,to the point,but the bonus was,no accent!(Always gets dazed by pratima's short hair!)Btw loved the video as always but just a opinion that no one cares about,the 64Mp will actually help the pro-Phone photographers(If that's actually a thing😂)to capture a more detailed raw images and gonna help them a lot during the editing phase and the post processed quality of image will be a lot better!The image would be more than sufficient for the source background image for a website!

I guess some reviewers just want to get in on the bashing just to have something to say. 4. I can't find AnTuTu on the Google Play Store. Do you guys side loaded it? 5. I initially hesitated to buy because of the lack of an app drawer but now I don't really miss it. Heck I might even stick to phones that don't have it in the future. The reason is simple: when you install apps many phones don't automatically place the app icon on the home screen, which means you might forget about it (happened to me). Whereas with MIUI everything is there, no duplication of icons between the app drawer and the home screen too. While the app drawer makes the home screen look cleaner, the same neatness can be achieved by creating folders and dumping the ones you don't really use there while creating other folders to put in the apps you actually use. 6. It seems the 64MP camera can't change to other resolutions except for the 64MP and 16MP (12 and 10mp if cropped by the camera). Do you guys also noticed this? 7. Wait, wasn't Nepal once a part of China??
The IR blaster of my Redmi Note 7 is very useful for air conditioners in hotels and schools whose remote is either missing, broken, or have no batteries. I didn't think it would be this useful, but I'm thankful for it. Also, I think that the RN7 / RN7 Pro design is better aesthetically. It's cleaner and more pleasing to look at. A side note on the notification LED: older Xiaomi phones like the Redmi Note 4X had an RGB notification LED. You can program the color based on event (e.g. red for missed calls, blue for messages, etc.).

I think the image of a 16MP and a 64MP will not appear very different as it is limited by the device display. However, I would expect that when we zoom in, the details of the 64MP image would be much better.
I'd love to know which phone has the best camera on the market right now (as in any phones, no matter the price) for both video, front and back photos People dont realise 64 mp are so unnecessary and say nothing about the camera quality... I hate it.

I am currently having this phone and thoroughly testing it. The frame is plastick it's not metal or aluminum. Great review by the way.
