Turning the princes into wolves is supposed to be symbolic of what kind of characters they are. It doesn't matter how charming they are on the outside, on the inside they're both animals.
I like how this production has both princes playing the part of the wolf (wolves), it would really be cool if they had the wolf costume from the original production, Now that would be a cool pair of wolves! Thanks for sharing.
Can’t say I like having a second wolf involved, it makes it feel like too much is going on an detracts from the scene. Still, I give them credit for doing something different
1:41-50 always freaked me out because he picks her up and spins her around tenderly, and he's planning to eat her; the gentleness belies dark humor and how "little" this Little Red Riding Hood is.
lol I never disagreed with you, I have no idea what this show is really about, i've only seen clips, I was asking if in the story if the Princes are wolves in the story, or if the actors double as the wolves!!! lol
It's because in the original the Wolf doubles for Repunzils prince, And in the first try out and workshops they had two wolves using both princes and the three little pigs, its a show abut fairy tale creatures from the Brothers Grim, not Disney. And after the Chicago or Boston try out they axed the second wolf, and the three little pigs, to focus on just little red and the wolf. And Molly is the same age that the original little red riding was when she started in the show. The original little red was a freshman in high school when she started in into the woods, and missed her senior prom due to having a show, and the cast dressed up her dressing room and gave her her own prom after the show was over. Molly looks younger cause she is smaller than the original who was a little tall for her age.

i like how the revival did something new. I am a huge fan of the original cast but they actually made this work.
I think Gregg Eldmen is the Wolf from "Little Red Riding Hood" and Christopher Seiber is the Wolf from "The Three Little Pigs."

I like the two wolves, made me laugh when they did rock, paper, scissors over the pigs!

I'm not a fan of dualing wolves. It just overcomplicates the scene.
