I love her, but I wish she was a quick servant. Not only do we need more broken quicks to lessen the gap with buster and arts, but also quick casters in general.
She reduces cooldown by a lot and can charge her np pretty fast and provide 30% buster up For now I'll say she's as good as miss crane but take it with a graiin of salt.
