Gondwanaland

Gondwanaland ist die 16.500 Quadratmeter große Riesentropenhalle im Zoo Leipzig. In der nach Gondwana, dem Urkontinent auf der Südhalbkugel, benannten Halle werden bei Temperaturen von 24 bis 26 °C und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von 65 bis 100 Prozent etwa 100 Tierarten sowie 17.000 tropische Pflanzen gezeigt.
Gondwanaland is the 16,500 square meter giant tropical hall in Leipzig Zoo. In the hall, named after Gondwana, the primeval continent in the southern hemisphere, around 100 animal species and 17,000 tropical plants are on display at temperatures of 24 to 26 °C and humidity of 65 to 100 percent.
Gondwanaland est la salle tropicale géante de 16 500 mètres carrés du zoo de Leipzig. Dans le hall, nommé d'après le Gondwana, le continent primitif de l'hémisphère sud, environ 100 espèces animales et 17 000 plantes tropicales sont exposées à des températures de 24 à 26 °C et à une humidité de 65 à 100 %.
