This is an awesome feature for later versions of Excel that allows you to customize the ribbon menu and add custom sections and buttons for your macros.
This tutorial follows the one that shows you how to make a personal macro workbook, where you can store macros so that they can be used in any open workbook or instance of Excel and that tutorial is linked-to higher up in this description.
Remember that adding a button to the ribbon menu will add it for every instance of Excel and not just the one that you are currently viewing.

Evey item I click the macro in the ribbon... The original macro workbook open.. I dnt want this... How to prevent it

Great video..Can you let me know how do I create a drop down menu like conditional formatting menu with different macros under them to select?

As presented it is a limited use if you send a spreadsheet to somebody they cannot use that button - it tries to access a macro through the original file's location. I don't know if you know I work around?
