The main cause of allergies in dogs usually has to do with what they eat. Often the culprit is chicken. My pit bull had a severe skin condition from allergies when I adopted him (his paws were licked raw). I started feeding him a high quality fish-based kibble (Six Fish by Orijen is the brand I like in particular) and his skin cleared like a miracle. Some vets will prescribe steroids but as long as you feed them something they are allergic to, the allergies will reoccur. Hope you find this something to consider. My dog did the exact same thing to her paw. She was allergic to pollen as a puppy and would lick/chew her paws. She doesn’t really have allergies now, but we always wash her paws off at the end of the day, after she’s done playing outside. It was suggested by our and it has helped tremendously.
Watching you grow stronger at the gym with your occasional clips makes me want to fight my fear of the gym. I just wanted to say that showing your progress, made me realize no one is perfect at the gym, if they were - they wouldn't be there fighting their personal battles. So thank you

Is it just me or driving/commuting to workouts doesn't make sense. If you walked all the way to the gym, you wouldn't even need to work out, the long walk would be a workout in itself. This is very hypothetical, of course
