What exactly do you call those leg spins they do when they toss the baton really high into the air? It looks very graceful and I've seen it done many times before--just wondering if there's a specific term for it?

theyre very impressive but as someone with a dance background i would just say they could improve their body choreo under their equipment... other than that its soooo good
