The reason why I like the dance video more than any kpop idols' is because he utilised other place. There was dynamism in the places he used. Most idol groups use one room same spot for the dance. It gets boring because they'll do the same on stage.
(1) BoA's 'Only One' has the highest degree of difficulty in KPOP choreography. (2) Shinee's 'Sherlock' featuring Jessica has the most driving beat/power choreography.
If you want to see a more impressive dance choreo from a KPop artist (and I say this as someone who likes Taeyang) I suggest you check out Taemin - Drip Drop Performance version (or anything by Taemin or his group Shinee really). More on the pop side of things rather than hip hop but he is objectively a better dancer.
How about you check out BTS Blood Sweat Tears Dance practice. Like I know you've seen some of their music videos but I personally like the choreo only videos better.
