You got it wrong, AP! This footage shows Brigitte in a car right after she came out of the plane at the airport. Then it shows her at a press conference.
She DID attend the premier for her movie Viva Maria in America, but that footage is not in this one.

Viva Maria is a great film, and she was nominated for a BAFTA award...too bad the press couldn't string together a few decent questions about the film.
