I remember I memorized calcium by saying CALL 911 which was Cal 9-11
That’s another good way to remember the range!
I would omit encouraging process foods at all to get sodium and instead encourage pickles, nuts, beets, Swiss, chard, and sea greens
I was definitely not trying to encourage processed foods… but mentioning them as a food source that is HIGH in sodium.
