Was that supposed to be him suffering from tinnitus??? Because I have tinnitus and it normally isn’t that horrible. But I do have times kind of similar. But I have never passed out. But it can get so bad I get really lightheaded and fall over. If that’s tinnitus I never knew it could be like that 😂
