Yes it was! It was one of those moments I pulled the camera out and almost couldn’t believe my lucky timing! Love that sound of the call. I totally got chills! 😀
It is so awesome you spotted and heard the loon on this day. They are beautiful and a beautiful song they sing!!! I always loved kayaking beside them, watching them and hearing their “cries”.
Wow the loon ,what a treat,I hope to see one someday.The sound of the water is beautiful BUT how could you not appreciate a good Bridge,someone smarter than me built them ,thankfully !!!

I stayed at Clarendon Shelter on July 13th. I am basically hiking along with you at this point!! Love your positive attitude and the music. Did you notice all the old rusty tools along the trail.. Not far from the privy... Very nice call of that Loon! beautiful views.. I REALLY love the old school music! It looks like green carpet in those woods... Stay positive and Keep pushing North!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
