A New Power Supply for the Sega Genesis/CD/32X, Does it suck? | Review

I found a power supply that can handle 4 consoles at once. That doesn't sound dangerous at all....

Too bad they sold out everywhere and as far as I can find are no longer going to be made....
I have a tower of power (Gen 1 Genesis and Sega CD with 32x) and a SNES that I play regularly. This would be so perfect for my use but I can't get one...

I have the Genesis model 1, model 2 scd, and 32x and snes so yea this looks very nifty. Keep us updated on this in the future. Looks like somthing id like to try. Hopefully its putting out the right voltage for you.

@TheCartCollector has experience plugging in the wrong voltage power supply into a gaming console but lucky he knows a guy that was able to fix it for him... ME! :P

I have the same setup but my all-in-supply did not power on any of my tower components. I just returned it to Amazon and now looking for an alternative power supply.

@@ReelingInTheYears69 i had a all 3 power supply about a year ago or so ago (not this one) and ended up going back to my originals which still work fine.

How the audio? Sega will buzz or at least mine did with aftermarket power supplies.

I don’t remember it buzzing (any worse than normal, at least). though I have an aftermarket supply for just the genesis as well, so my knowledge is exclusively of it having a buzz haha. I’ll check it out this evening when I get home from work and report back.
