Hello Erik, Great video, I do have a question. Let's say I set up a 3d/week workout program where I schedule the workouts to be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. But my client can only train, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday. Is there an easy way to change this? Can a client choose/switch their workout days? (I have not used trainerize at all, and I am about to set up some programs...) Best regards, Leon
@@erikanthony Hi man, do you by any chance have a link or tutorial on how that works? Maybe it´s super simple and I just haven't stumbled on it yet. Your video is one of the first I actually saw / got recommended to me.
@ this is the trainerize tutorial. It’s very simple in the calendar you just change the days. Trainerize also has tutorials on it. Have you considered getting a coach to skip the guesswork ?
@@erikanthony I will go trough the tutorials, literally just started. I just took a chance with the question ^^ Not really, I will probably just go trough the tutorials first. :) Thanks Erik!
Hands down the best Trainerize tutorial I've found. Thank you.

do you think its impersonal to just sub them to a "2 day beginner" when you tell tell your clients you're creating them a program from scratch?
