    Ingredients:
    Tomato Rice:
    Oil - 1/2 Tbsp, Ghee 1/2Tbsp
    Dry Masala ( Jeera - 1/2 Spoon, Clove - 2, Cinnamon - 1, bay leaf - 1 pepper - 5, elaichi - 1 )
    Onion - 1 (thinly sliced)
    Ginger garlic Paste = 1 tbsp
    Green chilli - 3 no.
    Tomato - 3 Nos. (Local tomato)(thinly sliced)
    Dry MasalaPowder ( Coriander powder. - 2 tbsp, Kashmiri Chilli powder - 1 tbsp, Jeera powder - 1/2 Tbsp, Garam masala, - 1/4 tbsp, turmeric powder - 2 pinch)
    Sona Masuri Rice - 1 Cup (soaked for 30 mins)
    Fresh peas - 3 tbsp(frozen peas)
    Water - 2 Cups (Hot Water)
    Salt To Taste
    Kasuri methi leaves - 1/2 tbsp
    Curry leaves - few(cut into few pieces)
    Coriander leaves - few
    Ghee - 1 tbsp
    Capsicum potato dry masala:
    Oil - 1/2 tbsp
    Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
    Boiled Potato - 2 no.
    Capscicum - 1/2 No.
    Dry masala powder ( chillipowder, jeera powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, saunf power, salt to taste)
    Water - 1/2 tbsp
    Kasuri methi powder - 1/2 tbsp
    Aloo Capsicum Masala recipe:
    1. Add oil in a kadai and then jeera
    2. Add in boiled potato and then capsicum
    3. Roast in low flame only
    4. Add the dry masala powder (mentioned in the ingredients section)
    5. and then immediately add 1/2 tbsp of water to make sure masala doesnt get burnt
    6. add kasuri methi powder
    and roast it for few seconds.
    Tasty dry aloo capsicum masala is ready
    This goes well with chapathi for lunch box packing
    Take oddy uniwrap and roll the chapathi in the uniwrap to keep it fresh for long
    and pack the aloo capsicum masala along with that.
    Simple lunch box packing is ready.
    Tomato Bath Recipe:
    Take oil and ghee in a cooker
    and add the dry masala mentioned in the ingredients section and saute it for a while
    and then add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillie and saute it for few seconds
    and the add in the sliced tomato
    once tomato becomes soft and mushy , add the dry masala powder mentioned in the ingredients sections and saute it for a while
    then add soaked rice and peas to it
    and saute it well
    now add hot water and salt to taste
    cook in cooker for 10 minutes in low flame only
    once the steam releases naturally, open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves and ghee to enhance taste. Tasty tomato rice is ready. Perfect for lunch box packing
