Think she using general “whole” house. Most the time when looking up our birth charts it’s using the Placidus chart starting at the degree it was when we were born whole house makes it equal. For Ex. I have 3 planets in Capricorn which is the 2nd but in my Placidus chart it show up in my 1st house because of the degree. I look at both chart cuz they give a bit more detail.... like Placidus (for me) is a bit more psychological (what’s needed to be satisfied) and whole chart is more literal. I have Saturn in Cap and I felt the shift in my 1st house before it fully went into my 2nd and I experienced the shift in the literal... If that makes sense lol I hope this helped
