I've not experienced panic attack before, because the one I went through is more like depression attack, so somehow I still can relate myself to feeling of Peter. During the so called Depression Attack, I'm actually on my way to meet customer. I feel like I wanna crash into either side of the highway, and the "car crash video" that created by my brain are playing. Somehow I still able to reach location of my customer safely. I took a deep breath inside my car for a few minutes before I proceed to meet the customer. I can still talk to the customer like nothing happened, but my tears burst out the moment I back to my car. Depression is scary, but it doesn't mean end of the world. I agree with what Peter said. To solve an issue, you need to identify / acknowledge the issue at the first place. I identified the source of my depression and solved it afterwards. Stay strong everyone!
Learn to let go and if possible not attach to anything. In today world of social media and being bombarded by all kinds of information, need to stay calm.
