I bought the Spark 8 a month ago... The phone is not bad considering it's price. It has a very strong battery, nice camera, both the Face ID and fingerprint are very fast and reliable. What I hate about this phone is the fact that it's 2G 64G which makes it hang during heavy usage and also the single speaker isn't loud enough...
The second camera at the back doesn't have any usefulness... Guess it's just for decoration cos I've activated different modes of the camera and it doesn't have any effect when I covered the second back camera.. Tecno scammed us😅

About the second back camera, here is what you can try. Have it covered and then zoom in. Some phones do switch between cameras when you zoom in and out.

I think it has software issues, locate Tecno Carlcare, they will take care of it.
