This is bullet speed pin point target 🎯 strike on individual identity honey comb . All bees of false identification flies away including queen bee (ego) and you get pure honey as nectar of parabramhan state.
One of Ramana Maharshi main teachings is to put the attention in the I-thought (sense of person), and with that the I-thought disappear and we are left with the sense of pure awareness (normally not permanent), only sounds and sensations, total freedom. This Nisargadatta teaching of putting attention in "I am" is the same teaching? Thanks 🙏❤
Yes it's the same. But at slightly different points in its development. But it's the same truth. Both will lead you to your goal. Ramana is talking about the "I am" too. I am is the very beginning of ego, at its earliest state. Its basically the awareness becoming aware it has now "come about" in some form or another. By staying in the I am, over time it steadily becomes purified. And reverts back further and further into your childhood state. You sometimes briefly remember that you've felt this I am state at a very young age. It's like going back in time in a sense. The I thought is the basics of being, the point at which all rises in manefestation. The more you stay in it, and shun all else, the more purified it gets. Until it vanishes. There is a short cut however, and can be used as a "taster only"... but it doesn't hold for long. That's found by remaining steadfast in the I am sense without thought without any prior pratice of meditation. Its a type of "forced stoppage of thought". But it's not something advisable. I just stumbled upon it in my early practice. In some cases, it can vanish within 20 mins sometimes. But it doesn't last, because you need to gradually eliminate and purify the baggage surrounding "I am". Done steadily and patiently however it holds and is irreversible. A permanent state of peace and bliss. Be patient, do it in your own time and with perseverance. All will be yours. Because it is yours.
Awareness or absolute or Parabhrahman is primary the most fundamental. This awareness is not aware of itself. Then out of no reason or cause , when so called birth takes place, the baby becoms concious. This conciousness is just an aspect of primordial awareness. You can call conciousness God, spirit, soul or by any other name.
Thanku..what i want to know is how to abide in the absolute i f we are busy cooking, looking after our family etc...and cannot concentrate on the absolute in these moments?
Nisargadatta never ignored the importance of daily living. Please do not force yourself to stay in Absolute using power of will. Let's use the analogy of a movie screen , what it means is, when you are busy cooking , looking after family , then you are enacting the role of family man/woman on the screen and one tends to loose oneself in role so much so that the blank screen is completely forgotten. . But remember that screen is always present in background , the Absolute is always there in background . Just you are not aware of it. And that is okay and perfectly fine 🙏
This question is for the uploader of this video.the Q. Is at one place statement is I AM is first ignorance it is illusion but in the last part statement is ""I AM is God,Consciousness, but you are none of them"".confusion is not about me but I AM
Noted your views on 'I am' and apparant confusion around it. When Nisargadatta says 'I am' is first illusion, what he meant was prior to appreance of 'I am' it was Parabhrahman( absolute) state. And that is the only true state. And then suddenly 'I am' appeared which is impermanant , and whole game started , which is ever changing and so it must be unreal , therefore its an illusion. Why, because on it the apparant non existant individual developed its strory which it assumed to be real. Then concept of god ( which is also creation of mind ) came up. So that too must be unreal, therefore an illusion. But the real 'You' ( the parabhrahman) are none of these. Which is true, the absolute truth. So there is no confusion. This is my understanding, please enlighten me if you see any scope of improvement.
@@danielasulek8583 You are absolutely correct. But to come to this conclusion and conviction one first intectually understands the fundamentals and clears his/ her doubts and as the practice on 'I am ' advances then he/she sets aside this logic and goes deeper to get first hand experience.
@@srinisargadatta you are absolutely RIGHT.I am saying this because since the day I posted my predicament to this date 100 percent change has happened in my body mind intellect covering.I AM is just like I AM of our daily dreams, that DREAMER IAM becomes waker when we wake up ,in the same way present IAM dissolves into SUPER WAKER OR ORIGINAL WAKER presence ,the immutable, timeless permanant state.i remember Swami Chinmayananda(chinmaya mission bombay)statement HE says extract yourself ,the spirit, from terrible embrace of matter(body mind intellect)and come out in your freedom.( lord Krishnas statement in Geeta) In daily life dreamer I am and waker iam are one and the same but they can never meet each other,in the same way present I AM and higher true IAM are one and the same but they cannot meet ,present I AM dissolves into THAT and disappears ,that is why this I AM is called illusion.
@@sharadcs6565 Thats quite an elaborate explanation . Its clear and precise and added more insights in my understanding of the I Am. Many thanks for sharing your wisdom and actual experience.
This apparent paradox is a hallmark of Nisargadatta Maharaj's teachings. He's pointing to two different aspects of the "I am": 1. "I am" as the essence: Here, he's referring to the true Self, the unchanging, eternal essence that lies beyond the ego and the conditioned mind. This "I am" is the fundamental reality, the source of everything. 2. "I am" as the ego: In this context, he's referring to the egoic self, the conceptual identity that arises from the conditioning of the mind. This "I am" is impermanent, changing, and will eventually disappear. In essence, Nisargadatta Maharaj is distinguishing between the true, eternal "I am" (the Self) and the false, impermanent "I am" (the ego). The egoic "I am" will indeed disappear, but the true "I am" (the Self) remains, unchanged and unchanging. Think of it like a wave (ego) and the ocean (Self). The wave will rise and fall, but the ocean remains, unchanged. The wave is not the ocean, but it's not separate from it either. Similarly, the egoic "I am" is not the true Self, but it's not entirely separate from it either. Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj's teachings can be complex, but they're incredibly profound and insightful. Unpacking these paradoxes and nuances can be a fascinating journey of self-discovery. Remember, the goal of his teachings is not to create a intellectual understanding, but to point you towards a direct experience of the truth. So, take your time, reflect on these ideas, and see how they resonate with your own experiences and insights. If you have more questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask! I'm here to help you navigate these teachings and explore the depths of the true Self.
@@srinisargadatta I agree with your points, however it's important to make a clear distinction then, between the "I am" and the ego self, as to not confuse initiates more. Other teachers make a clear distinction .
can you make one with the same quotes but with more time gap between them ? its to fast for me the quote are to powerfull to be integrated that fast :)
First thank you so much I was looking for this type of guided meditation. I have been in the spiritual path for 7 years. I meditate through out the day. Meditation just happens for me🙏 Recently I have been listening to Advanta Vedanta teaching and in my meditation it became very clear that I am the witness the awareness. So in my understanding is to know the true self. To find out who am I. In this video he in the beginning he said there are two of you. There is the real you. And there is the false you. The real you is the I am. But then I hear him say you are not the I am you are prior to that the absolute. Here I am a little confused. Can you please explain 🙏🙏🙏
Its a good question sir. Please note, 'I am' is conciousness , the presence. When we are meditating conciousness is looking at itself ( witnessing). Then the stage comes even conciousness disappears. That is even 'I am ' dissolves and only absolte remains . Thats your true state, that is who you are.🙏
Than you so much. Now I understand. And I also went down from the beginning and reading all the versus. You did an amazing work. Everyone who is is in a spiritual path should subscribe to your channel. I feel very blessed to have found you🙏🙏🙏 And I am a she😐🙏
🙏another question I have in the Gita verses he keep saying you are made of 5 elements and 3 qualities. I know the 5 elements I never heard of the 3 qualities, what are they?🙏🙏🙏
@@yerusalemmussie3352 There are three gunas(qualities), according to this worldview, that have always been and continue to be present in all things and beings in the world. These three gunas(qualities) are called: sattva (goodness, calmness, harmonious), rajas (passion, activity, movement), and tamas (ignorance, inertia, laziness).
'I am' sometimes also referred as Stillness, presence, being,God. Its like gold in all jewellery. But certainly its not egoic 'i' with its various identities.
I don't know about other Gurus but I can say with certainity that Nisargadatta Maharaj did not party. He was a ordinary householder and to support his family he used to sell Beedies ( rolled cigarettes ) . He got his initiation when he was 36 and at the age of 39 he was self realized. I suggest, you read his life story before you make such silly allegations. Your sarcastic remarks are unfortunate and immature. Now as for as old age is concerned , he was not for any name and fame. He became well known only during his later part of life, was it his fault?

That's found by remaining steadfast in the I am sense without thought without any prior pratice of meditation. Its a type of "forced stoppage of thought". But it's not something advisable. I just stumbled upon it in my early practice. In some cases, it can vanish within 20 mins sometimes. But it doesn't last, because you need to gradually eliminate and purify the baggage surrounding "I am".
Done steadily and patiently however it holds and is irreversible. A permanent state of peace and bliss.
Be patient, do it in your own time and with perseverance. All will be yours. Because it is yours.
I Am refer to our spirit ,soul or concious ? I Absolute refer to what? Pls advise to clear my doubts
Let's use the analogy of a movie screen ,
what it means is, when you are busy cooking , looking after family ,
then you are enacting the role of family man/woman on the screen
and one tends to loose oneself in role so much so that the blank screen
is completely forgotten. .
But remember that screen is always present in background ,
the Absolute is always there in background .
Just you are not aware of it.
And that is okay and perfectly fine
🙏
You can't get there with logic. The mind can't understand. Stay in the I AM. That's all you need. The clarity and wisdom will come.
@@danielasulek8583 You are absolutely correct. But to come to this conclusion and conviction one first intectually understands the fundamentals and clears his/ her doubts and as the practice on 'I am ' advances then he/she sets aside this logic and goes deeper to get first hand experience.
@@srinisargadatta you are absolutely RIGHT.I am saying this because since the day I posted my predicament to this date 100 percent change has happened in my body mind intellect covering.I AM is just like I AM of our daily dreams, that DREAMER IAM becomes waker when we wake up ,in the same way present IAM dissolves into SUPER WAKER OR ORIGINAL WAKER presence ,the immutable, timeless permanant state.i remember Swami Chinmayananda(chinmaya mission bombay)statement HE says extract yourself ,the spirit, from terrible embrace of matter(body mind intellect)and come out in your freedom.( lord Krishnas statement in Geeta)
In daily life dreamer I am and waker iam are one and the same but they can never meet each other,in the same way present I AM and higher true IAM are one and the same but they cannot meet ,present I AM dissolves into THAT and disappears ,that is why this I AM is called illusion.
@@sharadcs6565 Thats quite an elaborate explanation . Its clear and precise and added more insights in my understanding of the I Am. Many thanks for sharing your wisdom and actual experience.
I'm confused, so the I am is my essence but at the same time it can go away as in disappear
This apparent paradox is a hallmark of Nisargadatta Maharaj's teachings. He's pointing to two different aspects of the "I am":
Yes, we have already uploaded such a video a couple of days ago.
I choose speed 0,5x to slow it down and better understand.
Leider schade, dass man die Ausaagen von Nisargadatta Maharaj nicht auf deutsch übersetzt hat.
Namaste!
First thank you so much I was looking for this type of guided meditation.
I have been in the spiritual path for 7 years.
I meditate through out the day.
Meditation just happens for me🙏
Recently I have been listening to Advanta Vedanta teaching and in my meditation it became very clear that I am the witness the awareness.
Please note,
'I am' is conciousness , the presence.
I feel very blessed to have found you🙏🙏🙏
And I am a she😐🙏
@@yerusalemmussie3352 Good to know that you found the video useful , and sorry for addressing you He.😊
🙏another question I have in the Gita verses he keep saying you are made of 5 elements and 3 qualities.
How to focus on I am ??

Many thanks
Why did you add background music to the talk? It's disturbing and drowns the words. ,😭
Noted , in future music will be toned down. Thanks for your suggestion 🙏
What does it mean to say I AM?
'I am' sometimes also referred as
Stillness, presence, being,God. Its like gold in all jewellery. But certainly its not egoic 'i' with its various identities.
@@srinisargadatta
Ok. Pls help me to understand and know what to say after I AM?.
You may say
'I am' That ,
Truth, conciousness,bliss
Sat,Chit,Ananda
'I am' the supreme reality.
Avilable always
Right here
Right now.
🙏
What does it mean to meditate on the I am' without holding on to the body-mind?
Consciousness without content. Consciousness confronting itself.

It is highly subjective. I love it.
Enquire who likes and dislikes it. ❤
Wonder why all these oldies are gurus? What did they do when they were young??? Party 🎉 and then 😅😅😅😅
I don't know about other Gurus but I can say with certainity that Nisargadatta Maharaj did not party.
He became well known only during his later part of life,
was it his fault?
@Tej Thanks for your views
