I definitely prefer 30v30 than 16v16. this is typically the only gamemode I play (literally more than 3000 wins on this gamemode) and the maps feel so much emptier and it now takes a lot longer to get upgrades with this change. it is only temporary luckily but I really hope they revert back to 30v30 in the next few updates!
16v16 is better for a lot of reasons, reasons being less lag, more fps, less ping, etc Also since the max amount of players in a party is 16, thyst you can make a video getting your friends and subscribers in a lobby an din your party and be able to queue 16v16 without any other players on your team suffocating whispers or breaking your bed defense etc which happens in 30v30

I miss a bunch of maps, bedwars has bad ones now. I want the candy map, canyon, the construction one, and so much others.
