Melissa Clark can do no wrong
I LOVE Melissa Clark, I always get so excited when I see a new video with her!!
Okay, I'm totally sold on the pumpkin butterscotch pudding! That looks so incredibly yummy. I've never made my own pudding, but for this I will try. Had a bit of a laugh at the beginning when she had an issue with hand mixer beaters 😁.
Melissa has helped me pull off Thanksgiving for over a decade. I still use her simple roast turkey recipe every year.
Yuuuuuuuuuum, it's so good you know what ?I want this in the morning. I'm going to try it out.
You know life is good when there is Melissa and Vaughn together in a video.
I love Melissa Clark. I will watch a video about hear cutting coupons for dollar store mustard... I hate mustard. Please, more Melissa.
I love this woman.
Been making Melissa’s gingersnap apple crisp instead of pie for years. These look great!
Hey this is so fun! I loved this Thanksgiving dessert recipes, they're all so different and yummy. Thanks for sharing!
Vaughn Vreeland guest spot! This vid is just getting better and better.
*Everything looks so delicious. Thank you for sharing* 😍
First time watching Melissa. Damn I love her!!! Those recipes feel so so accessible yet impressive. Love it
Claire Saffitz' souffle episode started the same way! So funny!
"The tyranny of pies" 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for brilliant dessert ideas that I won't just do on Thanksgiving!
That pudding looks like it would be great in a pie shell...
of course playing with a torch is fun!
She is just to 🆒
Playing with a tourch
For what
Oh wow THERE she is - the queen of awesome food!
omg... you're like a doppelganger for my cousin Sandy!
I was guessing you were going to use the extra egg whites to make a meringue on that custard. That sounds good to me and maybe a little less rich than the whipped cream. Thanks for the great video and recipes.
Definitely will try to whoppie pie. Will be a nice change from the standard rows of pies.
i'm australian and have only been to one thanksgiving, and brought a pavlova which went down a treat!
Oh my goodness..I want them all, but that pumpkin pudding...yes please!!!
I have been reading NY Times food section since very early Craig Claiborne. Melissa Clark is the very best!
Love love love Melissa Clark! Where can I find her pear cake recipe? I’m not seeing it on NYT cooking website!
I adore her. 🎉❤🎉
MORE MELISSA, PLEASE 🙏🏻

GREAT CONTENT
Is there a list of ingredients with measurements for these recipes?
Would love the actual recipe for the red wine pear cake please.
You can also torch the little bubbles that happen when you pour an agar plate in the same way!!!!!!!
I can’t find pear cake recipe on NYT Cooking!!
OMG, flat surface egg breaking. Gotta try that. Always breaking the yolk.
Hi Melissa Clark you're incredible but why would you ever possibly want a dessert that isn't pie??
But really these recipes are pretty great and the pumpkin butterscotch custard looks incredible.
I'll bet that pear cake would be really good with some brandied peaches as an alternative.
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
first viewer!
Lumps of cream cheese never make me sad.
That red wine pear cake needed a light dusting of powdered sugar at the end. Just a little garnish to make it...pop. 😋
This is the new B.A. Test Kitchen -- in the best way.
Bruh using a blowtorch for the bubbles is such a waste of gas
Put the custard in any crust and it’s a pie tho LOL
Right?! I wouldn't even call it an "easy," recipe at all.
I love Melissa too. But hey, during the pumpkin caramel pudding you told us not to break the eggs on the edge of the bowl; but then during the pear cake you did exactly that. What gives?
Too New Yorkishhhhh!
The recipes look great, but first recipe kind of just looks like pumpkin pie without the crust.
