I have used iroiro neon red and red, both of them are very pink toned. They also end up fading to a hot pink color, and once they get to that color they don't really like leaving. I had used the vitamin c method, baking soda method, dish soap method, color oops, one n only argan oil color remover, schwarzkopf bond enforcing color remover, beyond the zone color remover, bleach bath, and bleaching. In the end most did noting, but bleach did fade it a tiny tiny bit so little that it wasn't really noticeable. So yes 100% like how the iroiro neon pink doesn't fade out, which i wish i knew before i used it.
Thankfully i did find a way to remove it. I threw a blue green that was a bit more towards blue over it. It made most of the hair go a purple color, and some of it went blue. I left it like that for 1-2 months while my hair recovered from the insane methods to get the red that turned pink out. Once my hair was recovered I started to use the vitamin c method to fade it some, while also using anti dandruff shampoo for my usual hair washing too. Once it was faded some I used color oops and it got it from the dark colors it was to a nice medium color almost light. Then I let it recover, and I then did a bleach wash and it got it to a light blue. Once again more recovering, and then I used a hi lift blonde and it got most of the dye out leaving some on the ends, which bleach removed.
1 of my friends had the iroiro pink and red in her hair and she didn't want to go to purple/blue color like i did. So instead she got the colors that would cancel/tone it and used them to get her hair back to a brown color. Once her hair was a natural looking brown color she then proceeded to treat it like normal hair and bleach it. The first time she did it she ended up getting a greenish light brown, so she toned it to get it back to a light brown color, and bleached again and got blonde. The 2nd time she did the iroiro pink and red she did the same method but she was more accurate on coloring and managed to get it to go blonde in 1 application instead of 2.
Either way do you think you could also look into and try the brand Underground Cosmetics. They make semi permanent hair dye, and supposedly all except their black glow under black light. They even have a clear that glows under black light, and they glow the UV version of their color .

Here because i use arctic fox poison and it washes out sooo fast. No matter what shampoo and temp of the water. I was thinking about trying manic panic cuz they tend to last longer in my hair. I definitely wouldve went for the xmondo but unfortunately im not really interested in the pink undertones. Cuz in the sun it will look pink not red /: thanks for the video!

Hi I use arctic fox poison and have the same issue. Did you find a long lasting red dye?

      Try lunar tides

Lunar Tides Hair “True Lust” and “Blood Moon” are gorgeous colours when mixed and last far longer than Arctic Fox. I used Poison once this year and it turned my hair all different shades of reds; they are inconsistent I’ve found when it comes to the colours mixed in those bottles, and it has dulled it down so much. They’re full of conditioner too so when I rinsed it out it felt super heavy and my hair felt like it needed to be scrubbed… also, after the first routine wash after a few days the colour looked faded. I’ve had dyed red hair for three years now and I 100% blame AF for ruining my base colour. I now have to have it bleached to brighten it back up. I love Lunar Tides Hair colours! Will always recommend them!

I know you posted this 10 months ago, but have you tried the brand Overtone? I have a friend who uses it for her hair (she’s a natural blonde but uses it to color her hair red) and she loves it!

What an excellent comparison video! I love this content. Thank you for your guidance. I tried the manic panic and it didnt even leave any pigment the first time around. Came out very orange, but i tried it again and that time I combined it with another red (hi color hilights) and it looked great, but all of the color came out shortly after (my fault, I went swimming too early) but seeing this video makes me love the iroiro dye, but I already bought the xmondo. I like the dark shade of that too, though so it’s all good

I think dusty might be the descriptor you were looking for with the xmondo. It's a dusty rose on camera.
Iroiro has become my new favorite dye brand. Never tried the red or pink but other colors I've use have been super bright and fade, albeit quick, very pretty.

Yes, that is a good word to describe it! And I have to agree about Iroiro. Besides the pinks being hard as hell to remove, I am noticing now that I keep seeing them side-by-side with other brands that they really have the brightest, most vibrant colors and they're never patchy at all. The rest are pretty hit-and-miss depending on the specific shade, but Iroiro is the most consistently good brand.

    I've got to recommend Ion!
Back in the 90's, if you wanted actual colour, Manic Panic was awesome. It was also very niche & hard to find.
Anywonk, a friend introduced me to Ion ten years ago & I loves it! ☺️
Someone had me use Arctic Fox once in 2015 & it is beyond overrated! It faded SO fast.
Ion is the way to go. It lasts forever, the colours are multifaceted, shiny & super bright. 🎉

Tired of Sally dye that is "red" it's all pink! It's pink immediatly.. annoying me wasting money. I got a kinda red by dying it orange first but it's still far too pink. The dye said RED

Manic panic has the only reds I've ever found that stays red, and it doesn't fade fast at all. I literally had the red in my hair almost as fresh as when I dyed it, a year later. Cons are if your hair gets wet in the first few months, everything the water touches will be pink. Wear anything light colored, it'll be pink in a few hours. I wear black all the time, so it wasn't a worry for me

L'Oreal HiColor Red doesn't fade to a pink. That's all I've ever used after trying everything else.
