Olaplex has 6 steps for its full treatment. She only used No. 3 which is reparative treatment that rebuilds broken hair and it will reconnect those [broken disulfide] bonds. You can used it under a steamer or heated hooded dryer. No. 1-2 is used only on hair salons. 1 is used to mix into your hair due to protect your hair and 2 is to protect your hair from heat damage from flat irons etc. 4-6 is their shampoo, conditioner and Oil.
