    I am Grateful for coming across your channel. I have found exactly what I am looking for since all other meditations “bore” me, and by that I mean, “always the same”. I am a Gemini, so I love change. Your teachings inspire me to be able to meditate and actually feel the affects and want to be consistent…Namaste 🙏

    When we understand the nature of reality, we will gain a new view of the world around us and of ourselves. This can lead to positive changes in our thoughts, actions and emotions.

    Thank you Michaël! I absolutely love your sessions - I like that you combine yoga asanas and breath work or breath work and meditation. In all your yoga sessions you always give instructions when to inhale and when to exhale and I appreciate the moments to give after each asana to observe what’s happening in the body! Thank you for all you do! I have purchased two of your courses and have learned a lot! My day begins with your calm voice!

      Absolutely! Breathing is indeed a symbol of life, and its rhythmic dance sustains our vitality and energizes both body and spirit. It's fascinating how something as simple and innate as the breath can carry such profound significance. Wishing you continued inspiration and vitality on your journey!

    Good day. I'm wondering if this can be done sitting in the chair off the side of your couch because I'm having some stress with my knee and I can't sit in anything close to a cross-legged position. In addition to that when I do my longer pranayama practice can I do that lying down or sitting?

    • @yogalap
      @yogalap  Рік тому +1

      Dear Betina, please have a look at this UA-cam video, where I explain about the correct sitting. ua-cam.com/video/Jgio7QgLRFc/v-deo.html Have a beautiful journey ahead and thank you for your comment!

    Hi, I’ve a question! I have been trying out your videos with breathing exercises and today I was doing it on my mindful walking meditation and some funny experience happened to me. I had a sensation of feeling the hairs on my arms stand up then all of a sudden I was brought down to the ground on my hands and knees?!? My body shut down and did something that the mind was not expecting it to do. I’ve had a lot of weird things happen to my body. Like suddenly emotions and feelings being activated when I’m not actually feeling that way or if the mind wants to do something I have had times where the feeling has been taken out my legs to stop the mind going to follow what it wants to… I don’t know if other’s experience this but it’s happening a lot. When ever I narrate I am going to do something to someone the reality will do everything to stop me from doing what I said I’m going to do!!

    What do you know about India 🇮🇳
    Westerners: population, scam, poor, curry, bollywood,.
    But never saw anyone saying "Yoga" "meditation" "Ayurveda" Invented the number 0 ,buttons,shsmpoo.
    Yes yoga is part of Hinduism ( India) when you blame for negative then at least give credit when its positive news.
