Fantastic flow Paul! Thanks for the continued training and motivation. I'm with that other comment, I just want to visit there and train an afternoon with you. And meditate in nature there.
Thx Paul, this makes me want to go outside and train some more today even if its close to midnight ;) that's what it's all about, training and inspiring people to train more! And you are a living example of that 🙏
San diego. Bo was my first weapon as a child through shotokan karate and between the drill a day series, the staff spinning series, this flow video and the staff dvd of yours, I'm so excited to dive into staff again after all these years and finally get to some spear work. Thank you for all you do.
@DarkR0ze This is an excellent question as well as an interesting point. This is excellent Staff continual flow technique. It encompasses many, many diverse techniques and movements. However the little Bankaw I was shown by my teachers from Cebu looks nothing like this, nor does it resemble what Kali Center is doing. There was no twirling involved. Again, this is great staff work. However, other than the actual weapon Kali Center is using which might be a rattan burned Staff, I see little Filipino Technique. As you know Kali Center, the manner in which things are done by the Pinoy is unique. This staff work is not unique but an example of many known Staff fighting systems. The twirling is great. Maybe you could add some Silambam from the Bharati. Thank you again for the Video. Mabuhay
