“The respect I have for him, the way that he goes about his business, the way he treats people, the way he treats coaches and players, he has a great grasp of it. He got along and had relationships with offensive coaches, special teams coaches, defensive coaches. He knows what he believes. He’s a good football coach, a great husband, great father. I relied on Big T a lot to help me on guys that I couldn’t reach or I was having trouble with or he had a better relationship with than I did. He cared about the team. It wasn’t like he just cared about the D-line.”

OC: A, DC: incomplete, not familiar enough. Offense and Defense both will improve, Defense will improve more, but then again JM is really good with QBs.

It'll be nice to have a consistent OC and DC to establish a true culture. I love both picks because we don't need to worry about losing them within the next few years. Let Drake have a dependable, established and proven OC to grow into.
They have to fix the Oline and get better WRs especially a number one. I like McMillan in the draft also. Pat's were dumb to take Polk over McConkey.

2021 patriots was nothing to remember. The teams we blew out was trash too😂. Now one thing i said when we lost to the Bills is that Mac Jones really has no mobility, no real arm strength or at least extend the play just improvise. Now with Drake Maye we get all of that so we'll see if thats the case. Or maybe McDaniels play calling is trash and it was really all Brady..

B… only because questions on Josh out of game for a bit. The DC I like what he did in Detroit with all those injuries ; but remains to be seen how effective his “violent “ philosophy will work with the roster at present. Also like the RB hire and management: operations hire from Rams. It can only get better with this staff of much experience but to rate an A right now is waiting on the final results. But I give it a solid B.

Maye passed for 85 yards against the Chargers. I think he is over-rated at this point, but hard to judge with no protection.

Okay so do we think Tom Brady developed himself because everytime he won a Super Bowl in New England Josh was on the staff and we all know the defense won some of them super bowls but guess who was the defensive assistant then too but back to offense Tom Brady is the goat and Josh had a hand in developing him too
