We have a house in Lake Tahoe. We rented our house out with a rental company and we recently decided not to do it any longer. We had so many issues, including a renter taking a wood burning fire pit there and they burned our deck! Our rental company didn’t even notice. We also had someone take a large dog and they scratched the back of a door all the way down.. it was horrible. Nit to mention issues with breaking the hot tub and putting holes in the walls.. no more! Just be aware and be careful!
