I'm 24 years old and I live in Sydney Australia. I grew up in England and lived there until I was 9, so if you notice a slight accent, that’s why.

Hi Ella. I have a very different routine ahah but I thought you'd enjoy hearing a different perspective xx. So I have a casual job, am at Uni part-time, run a small bath salts and selfcare buisness (have 2 retailers to stock) and have a husband and 3 year old. I wake up around 6.30/ 7am everyday and go to bed around 9.30pm. And I manage to get everything done and still have time for myself whether that is a selfcare shower, reading my book, spending time in prayer (I'm christian), or play piano. And I even still get bored sometimes. I don't wake up at 5am and I still manage to do everything I need to do within 7am til 9.30pm, I think the key is time management. Being productive in the time you do have, in the time your awake. Obviously it is different for everyone. I'm one of the lucky ones in the fact that I sleep really well. So I clearly get enough sleep to be super productive during the time I'm awake so I don't need to wake up at 5am. Haha anyway I thought id add a comment as my life is a bit different but might help gain perspective for others. ❤

I wake up at 4.30am- Morning Yoga and meditation- get ready for work out the house by 5.30- train at 5.50am and get to work around 6.45am start work at 7am

(All in my opinion) ... i think waking up early is really great for whatever ones reasons are (i wake up every morning at 4am ) but i also think getting enough sleep is also very important ( i go to bed early) .. very early lol
I find its important to get enough sleep also if you wake up constantly at a time soon enough you will get used to it ( i get up at 4am no alarm) also sometimes is a bad thing i try sleep in on the weeknds and still i wake up at 4am i have to fource myself sometimes to go back to sleep even if im tierd . Everyone is diffrent tho . Great video xx

The title & challenge for this video did remind me of when you use to go to 5:30am club. I was wondering how much earlier did you have to wake up back then to get ready & get to the cafe in Cronulla by 5:30? 😀
Yes I bet!! I used to wake at like 4.45am to get to 5.30 club haha or I would just be a bit late 😂

I wake up at 4:30am
Then firstly
I make My bed then turn some lights on grab my workout mat then work out for 15 minutes then get showered at dressed for work.
Leave around 6:10am get 6:15am get to my location around 7:40am.
Then get a hot chocolate relax&Chill for 2 hours then go for a walk around.
Then go to work by 8:45am for 9:00am start.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

Definitely gonna try doing some of the things u do in the morning.
