When I have done this I can't seem to separate the speaker at the top of the front screen from the screen. On the vid it looks like this stays connected to the middle section of the phone but it seems to be connected to the screen itself on my phone even though I have got the same model number as above (could it be different in the UK?). Any ideas?
That phone is diff though, is that crack deep? Mine had a corner crack and a spot of dead pixels appeared... Edit: if you don't have a heat gun, a hair dryer is best... If the temp of your hair dryer is 100° c, heat it for 5 mins. Mine worked brilliantly, I just save a hundred dollars on removing the screen...
When I put the new screen it doesn't fit very well. I think it is the glue which I am trying to remove but it's not very easy. I have removed most of it but still doesn't sit well and there is a little gap 😔

What a fucking screw up ideea from Huawei, to put the display connector on the back of the phone... They could just put the connector on the front, so you would simply take only the display off, connected, and then glue back again...
Does the playing card have to be the 6 of Diamonds? I only have the Queen of Spades.
I use the King of Hearts for better cutting through the glue around the corners

Which one is the antenna cable? Going to attempt this repair for a friend on the weekend.
I ripped off the antenna connector and had to solder the wire back onto the circuit board (nightmare)

He heated it very much and it melted the edhesive i guess
