Although her losing a kidney happened due to his duplicity but it was FL's decision after all to sell off her kidney, he doesn't even know about that. In reality tho, unless faced with real life dangers and close family members ( I guess ML is that to FL) no gives off their kidney but she had to sell off hers for her love that's kinda I dunno but she was not thinking straight doing that. In a different dimension these two would have truly loved each other.
