Man, this is a really cool use of RVoB, I'd been using it myself, but moved away from it as i didn't have the mental capacity to squeeze out enough utility (and also i had no idea reusing reset rage drain rate, so thanks!), I'm going to try and implement some of the tech you've used and see how it goes, mainly the chest mod, that's a 300 IQ play

Firstly I can say that, I managed to run Rage Vortex of Berserking(finally..) I have to ask this first. Why don't people who share build videos give details about the build? For example, I tried to do exactly the same thing, I bought items from the market. However, neither the skill area size nor the damage are absolutely related. I want to ask the friend who shared the build what are the special methods he uses that he doesn't share in PoB ?? The saddest part is being disappointed after spending so much divine on the build ..
Brine Kng for freeze immune and Abberath for burning ground immune. I might switch to a cluster setup with stormshroud at some point, then I can switch off Brine King.
Could be a few things: 1. Make sure your frenzy charges aren't running out, this shouldn't ever happen if you have RVoB spinning and have the redeemer chest mod for 10% frenzy gain on hit 2. Shock Nova slotted in svalinn can proc like crazy if you're blocking tons of hits in a very short period of time, and that can actually overcome the mana leech from RVoB and stop you from flickering. This happens to me pretty rarely, usually fixed by moving a little bit away from whatever is rapidly hitting you. You can try to unslot shock nova to see if this is the issue, but losing automatic vulnerability kinda sucks unless you can find a delve ring.

why do is stop flicker strike sometimes and then i just stand there like a idiot waiting til its back
