A lot of doctors threw their hipocratic oath of "FIRST DO NO HARM" out the window in 2021 and have totally lost the trust and respect of their patients.
From a 77 year old codger from the back woods of Arkansas: I think the MDs initially aspired to a worthy occupation, only to have paid for being propagandize into a cult. The treatments are laid out in stone by insurance companies, in the mid 20th century. The procedures, from diagnose to treatment in business profit center fashion to enrich the Pharma Industry, while propping up a massive Insurance Industry and to continue flow fodder for the mill of the huge Hospital Industry. Every doctor’s move is programmed lock-step in those procedures. If the doctor wants to get paid, he can’t deviate. It’s all complaint, diagnose, treatment. Every symptom leads to a pill. The patient and the doctor is both out of the loop. And it’s mostly obsolete 20th Century Medicine, with no room for innovation.
I love my doctor, very capable, very caring, very educated and up to date. But Medicine in general (nursing, imaging, etc) sucks. This video explains a lot. Pay is low, autonomy is practically non existent, hours are soul destroying. Ppl are burning out, worked to death. Compassion is not allowed. Medical professionals are not allowed any input because the corporations, insurance companies, CEOs call ALL the shots. One company actually tried to limit anesthesia time in the OR! GET THE MONEY OUT OF MEDICINE . GET THE FOR PROFIT CONGLOMERATES OUT OF MEDICINE. GET THE BILLIONAIRE OLIGARCHS OUT OF CONTROL OF MEDICINE. Will not get better until this happens. I know. I've been there
Granted the human body is a incredable device, capable of repair of, and reproduction of it's self with approate inputs on many levels. In most all of us the parts are the same location top to bottom, and do the same thing. Try being a auto mechanic, most of the parts do the same thing more or less, they may be under the hood front , rear or in the middle or somewhere else. At least an auto can be shut off and taken apart for study and repair..Just venting steam!!! A retired auto mechanic. I have a lot of repect for most Doctors.

Anybody out here that doesn’t trust the medical profession (as a whole) anymore?
How can you anymore? I'm sooo sick of it....
Basically don't trust medicine, but it is a necessary evil to rely on.
It's not the doctor. It's who he works for.
I trust my dr but don’t trust her huge conglomerate employer or the insurance industry. They’re in the drivers seat about what can and can’t be done.

Great food for thought, Dr. Story 👍🏽
My son is in the profession and we hardly get to see him because of the hours he works. He is always working on the holidays.
Totally accurate.
You are a great help for dealing with my blood pressure problems. Thank you for your expertise. Your fan from Tokyo. Please keep up the good work!

The Doctors are probably sick and tired of seeing patients from Central America not paying their bills.
Sorry but I hate those long long ads as I use ear pods and can stop it or skip it unless I go back to my laptop :(
