Is this from product drying out the scalp over time? Or is this a fungal condition like seborrhea? It must be maddening to have it itch with all the perfect rows and not give in to scratch and ruin them.

You need to focus your camera closer when scratching. Also background noises takes away from the video. Had to leave this channel.
