The thumbnail photo is from my first ever passport I got when I was 14 but I had no other before passport photo so the difference is quite drastic! That was 1 of the 1st times I ever wore makeup & I used eyeshadow for my brows, contour, and concealer 😭 Anyway, this base photographs really well under flash so I hope this video is helpful for your next picture day, photo id shoot, or drivers license / passport picture!

she’s one of the few people who can pull of that smudged/blurred lip look. if i did that i’d look like a 🤡
I think it’s because you have very prominent lip line but I recommend you use eye shadow that matches your natural lip color and use a small brush to blend on the lip line. It’s like magic, try it and lemme know if it works
There's a really good tutorial on this lip look, it's called gradient lip. The tutorial is in Korean, so turn on closed captions in English.

FRR i have such a bad acne face but i dont need to worry bc i dont think ill be taking my passport picture for a while
Because of the filler? You don't have to have full lips to pull it off. It actually began as a trend for doll like looks and on small lips

Another tip for flash-proof makeup is to use a loose setting powder that doesn't have the ingredient silica. Silica loves to wash ppl out in flash photos most of the time so it's best to stay away from it! Also loved the video as usual Jessy!!

the mixing foundation and concealer technique is literally my go to now i haven't gone back to placing my concealer on top of foundation anymore😩

keep your skin slightly damp instead of drying it when you apply toner, especially if it contains hyaluronic acid!! according to Dr. Sherenne here on UA-cam, hyaluronic acid can dry out your skin in the long run because it absorbs water in your skin, so it’s best for your skin to have some water on it for the HA to absorb that and give you the benefits :)

That's incorrect. Not only does your serum or toner itself contain enough water to suffice, Hyaluronic acid attracts water using hydrogen bonding, which requires explicit contact between molecules. Simply put, it's not a vaccum or a sponge, it's a sticky tape. But, the fact that it's just a humectant combined with external factors like if you live in an area of low humidity, your skin may run out of moisture faster, but that too depends on the formulation of the product. Most formulations pair it up with more humectants (glycerine, urea) and emollients (propylene glycol, propandiol) so it's highly subjective how it will work out.

i usually apply it to the shape of my eye but the lashes are a bit flared so they might give the lifted effect 👌
