I bought a xenon headlight bulb from TPS (vw group official parts place) for my R32 @£120. Took it to a VW main dealer to have it fitted and they wanted £60 an hour and estimated it would take 2 hour's 😳 so £240 all in to supply and fit 1 headlight bulb for a mk4 R32😳

Car parts on the floor of the workshop could cause a trip hazard for the Techs. So its just basic health and safety really. VQM audits would obviously include any H&S matters. If they have provided racking or a bench top for parts to be stored on, then that would be the best place for them just to avoid any accidents occuring.
