- It's our first full day in Sweden and the kids don't wake up until after noon! We try liver paste, rope swings, swimming in the lake, playing football (soccer) with the locals, and enjoy the parks.

I think it's funny you say that Viking Line could be a local cruise! It goes between Finland and Sweden and those cruise boats are around the biggest we've got, at least in Finland, that is.

We just got back from a trip to Scotland and London, the first day is always hard. Taking your family on a trip like this is amazing!🥰

I feel for all 5 kiddos…jet lag and sleep. Tho, I’ve been told that if u sleep longer during the day, it’ll be harder to sleep at night and hence snowballs into late wakes in the AMs

Hey J-house! I used to watch your vids a lot as a kid. I’m currently 18 and not able to sleep during my last night in Italy so I decided to revisit your channel. I was pleasantly surprised to see you embarking on a world trip starting in my home country! If you’re ever planing on revisiting Sweden I suggest visiting my home city of Gothenburg :) Just give me a heads so I can say hi 😌 Ha en fortsatt trevlig resa och ha det gött!
Oh, the locals weren't explicit enough: It is supposed to be pickled cucumber! Still, brave kids who tried it anyway!
Oh, and the ocean isn't really salt water - it is brackish. The further north you go in the Baltic sea, the more like fresh water it gets.
Hello! Love your Sweden videos. Im from Sweden and we have also rented a house on the Island Lidingö, Stockholm . Your house that your rented looked amazing.
Liverbutter LOL....thats a spread and your supose to have butter then the spread.. Kvarg isnt yoghurt its a type of curd cheese. Stockholms itself isnt made out of 30 K islands.....more like fourteen. But me as a Swede woudnt consider Stockholm to be the real Sweden, its the tourist mecca. The real sweden is in the countryside. If people leave the Stockholm area where theres no subway you experience the real country.
Are you going to Germany? If so, you have to try something called leberwurst, which is basically liver sausage. I think the traditional one is made with pork sausage and liver I believe.
