brilliant work. I love the idea and as I was wondering why not just use displacement map. You actually did and I can see why you draw the lines yourself at first. I like the information about using light and contrast to only effect light to create a quick shadow. easy and smart done. actually this really shows a lot of little detailwork that gives the wow effect.

Thanks a lot! Yes it's always the small details that makes the whole thing come together. And if you pay attention to light, color, and perspective, you can make the unbelievable, believable :-)
