Hey Mr Finch. I have Obritus, help. Just like your opening tee shot I never fail to find Out of Bounds on the right. Cirencester on Sunday, playing ok until 13th....OB all way down right. Tried to tin cup through it with a 7 off the tee. Equalled my record.
More importantly, did you call it Ian?

Some great courses around Donegal which is 15 minutes from where I live, you should definitely come here as it's where Irish open will be played

Wow, Peter ... not the time of year to be playing this course. Fantastic views but the weather is so changeable at the best of times that winter golf is not much fun. I've played it a number of times in the summer and walked off soaking wet or frozen. Nice video though.
It was a little brutal
Am a member at Conwy and travel from Manchester to play most Sundays,more so in winter as playable all year when many courses are not fit. You would be surprised how often the weather on Conwy morfa stays dry even when rain on mountains and off Anglesey. Fair enough often brutal with the wind but that's part of the challenge on any good links.Conwy is awesome track and better than several of the Royals on the open rota.. Phil D

Hahahaha 20:35 so damn good. That's why I watch the videos. Fryers tee shot on the 3rd looked good then he got owned by the bunker lol.
To be fair, I think we got owned by the entire course that day!
Haasaa....no not 18 holes lol. It took me 3 holes last Saturday on a very cold windy morning to get my driver going good and my short game from off the green too but my putting was on fire from the start...my hands were so cold they could barely move and they were very calm as a result

Pete. Not being funny but was is that weird little out to in punchy sort of rehearsal swing you do? It bears absolutely no relation to your actual swing where you release the club properly, thank goodness or you'd be off 18+.
Oh wait you did hit the ball with that strange swing once-your first attempt on the first hole!
It looks to me like ingraining bad muscle memory. Perhaps I'm wrong, you're the pro after all

Great video as always but was not a fan of that transition... almost looked a little cheesy to me.
Peter little question, i hear you mention LAG alot and i'd like to ask after asking many top coaches who all said they would NEVER even mention LAG so whats your take on it. I love watching your videos but the LAG part always makes me cringe.

Guy go play Prestatyn Golf Links, it has better much better greens and it is longer and harder than Conwy plus 40 mins closer
ALAN GIBSON I have to disagree. Conwy is the hardest course in the area and their green keepers are exceptional.
When was the last time you played Prestatyn Lewis? I play it twice a week and two weeks ago 3 of us played Conwy and all 3 of us agreed Prestatyn is in much better condition.
Think I played there a long time ago but try and get down there this year. Im sure you'll hear my verdict!

It’s called the great Orme...biggest land mark in the area.
That's not the great orme
There is a Little Orme too.
It's called The Vardre.. Great Orme is by Llandudno, which is seen as they're coming up the first hole. Conwy Mountain is the biggest landmark in the area!
The Vardre had a castle on it once too.. So Peter wasn't the only one with that idea 😁
Castle Finch has a nice ring to it...
