On the last visit, we actually had to go out and buy an extension cord, because the outlet was a little too far away. Also, it is possible to canoe down the Big East River, but it is somewhat complicated by needing a shuttle, and I don't think many people do it.
You can, you can either launch at the bridge (before you enter the park) or the bridge down by Williamsport.

Thank you for pointing out the rule about not flying drones in Provincial Parks! There are definitely some UA-camrs who ignore that rule.

Does Arrowhead park permit allow us use of Algonquin park as well?
Also I remember someone talking about using arrowhead sanitary station after camping at Algonquin?
Are these cross park use permitted?
When you still had papers, it was permitted, you can always ask for a print out at registration/the park store...they don't like it, but they will do it
is it dog friendly?
There is a separate dog beach
