Zuhair Murad, Elie Saab and Goerges Hobeika have the same Aesthetic. It must be a regional thing. But from the 3 of them Hobeika made the best embroidery and the attention to details amongst the three for this season. I like this collection compared to his previous ones.
Fadya Abbas disagree on this part... these are western floral embroideries not middle Eastern at all... fashion has no country but I am a designer myself have probably two dozen middle Eastern customers, they want tons of bling and embroidery.. these are delicately Embroidered gown probably inspired by Western embroidery styles so not middle eastern. :)
I'm not even a minute into the video and what the absolute fuck omg this is mind blowing beautiful. You can tell the hard work u can tell like dedication oh my god so awesome so couture everything perfect I'm dying.
Surprisingly nice and modern. Except for a few standard showcase pièces there's no overkill with embroidery and embellishment. Less is more and George Hobeika kept it classy. Bravo.
i agree. I also think goerges hobeika aesthetic is closer to garavani valentino, His choice of fabrics,a and his graceful way of using embellishment. then the valentino brand is, with it's current designers.
