It's possible with anything that's flying. Since splash damage is infinitely tall, this way you could eventually hit those two deaf monsters with a rocket. Lost soul isn't the best option simply because it hasn't got enough hitpoints for several tries, if you fail, that is.

isnt it possible to manipulate lost souls to somehow attack the deaf monsters causing them to roam around?
